Roasted Cauliflower
Perfect oven Roasted Cauliflower is one of those super easy and quick recipes that allow you to enjoy its unique taste.
Ingredients:

2 c. cauliflower
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- dash of salt
Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl; sprinkle with salt and mix again.
- Transfer into baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool off for 5 minutes and serve as a side.
Singapore Noodles
Filled with fresh vegetables and delicious spices, Singapore Noodles is my definitely a one of-a-kind that will blow your taste buds away.
Ingredients:

6 oz. rice noodles
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 diced red onion
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2-3 tbsp curry
- 1 c. cabbage
- 1/2 c. bell peppers
- 2 c. baby spinach
- 1/2 bok choy (optional)
- dash of salt
Prepare:
- Bring water to boil and 8 oz. pour rice noodle. You can substitute the rice noodles for any noodles you prefer. Angle hair works best in my opinion!
- Stir-fry garlic and onion in a separate pan.
- Toss in the bok choy, bell peppers, and cabbage; mix well and add the spices.
- Cover for about 5 minutes and let it cook.
- After noodles are drained, include noodles in the pan and mix together.
- Lastly, you want to add your baby spinach and a dash of salt to your liking.
- Enjoy!
Broccoli Soup
A fan favorite. Doesn't matter what time of the year, this creamy delicious soup will make you fall in love with broccoli if you haven't already.
Ingredients:

1 broccoli
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground pepper
- 1/4 shredded Parmesan cheese
Prepare:
- Chop broccoli into small florets and bring a pot of water to boil.
- Drain and pour into blender.
- Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; blend for 1 minute.
- Pour back into pot and (add a secret family ingredient)
- Stir for a few minutes and let it thicken.
- Serve with shredded cheese on top with some croutons
Creamy Garlic Tuscan Shrimp
Are you a seafood lover but can never find a good seafood recipe? No need to look further. This is one of the fastest and simplest seafood dinners you can make.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of jump shrimp
- 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 white onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ground pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 c. spinach
- 1 c. heavy cream
- Italian seasoning
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
Prepare:
- In a small pan, fry butter, onion, and garlic on medium heat.
- Place defrosted shrimp and toss them around for a few minutes.
- Remove the shrimp to a bowl.
- On the same pan with the roasted garlic add sun-dried tomatoes ( or tomato paste) with heavy cream.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Add spinach and stir.
- Lastly, pour in the garlic shrimp and stir all together.
- Serve warm with a topping of your choosing. ( I love cheese, so I added that)
Creamy Tomato Tuna Pasta
With just the name, my mouth waters! This is a flavorful meal that will leave you asking for more.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of shell pasta
- 2 tuna cans
- 2 c. mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 diced onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Prepare:
- Bring medium pot to boil and add pasta of your choosing
- Fry diced onions, garlic cloves with defrosted vegetables.
- Once pasta is ready, combine with the 3 tbsp tomato paste.
- Open both cans of tuna and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt and ground pepper to your liking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Asparagus Chicken breast
This has been the juiciest most delicious go-to lunch I have ever had!! Best part of all? Only 6 simple steps
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- I pack of asparagus
- 1 pack of provolone cheese
- paprika
- ground pepper
- onion powder
- salt
Prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Slice chicken breast in half like an open book.
- Season front and back with paprika, onion power, salt and ground pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese and a couple of asparagus in each chicken breast
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes
- Let it cool down and serve with a side of salad!
Creamy Garlic Chicken
In case you couldn't tell, I love chicken and finding new recipes to make it with is my favorite. This recipe is so creamy It will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 c. spinach
- 3 chopped garlic gloves
- ground pepper
- salt
Prepare:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper
- Place chicken on stove with butter
- Fry till cooked and set aside.
- Place chopped garlic on the same pot and pour heavy cream and cheese. Stir constantly until melted
- Place spinach and tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
- Place chicken pack in the pot and flip from side to side.
- Cover and serve warm with any side dish ( rice, noodles,veggies, mash potatoes, etc)
Paprika Chicken

I decided to add a side of roasted asparagus to flourish the taste and it was amazing!
Ingredients:
- Chicken legs and thighs
- 1 tbs. paprika
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs Italian seasoning
- ground pepper
- salt
- 1 bag of asparagus
Prepare:
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
- Place chicken on stove with butter
- Cook thoroughly for about 7 minutes each side.
- Place a bit more of oil and washed asparagus on the same pan.
- sprinkle some more garlic powder and let it roast
- Add cooked chicken back in the pan and reduce the heat
- Serve with a side of your choosing additional veggies or brown rice works great.
