Strawberry and Cream Oatmeal
Classic Strawberry and cream oatmeal is a dreamy combination. One of the many classical oatmeal flavors available and so easy to replicate.
Ingredients:

1 c. rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c blueberries
Prepare:
- Bring milk to boil on medium high heat with rolled oats.
- Add vanilla extract and honey
- Stir frequently for 5 minutes
- Serve warm and top with sliced strawberry and blueberries
Egg in a hole quesadilla
Filled with healthy carbs and protein, this recipe brings the delicious taste of quesadilla to life.
Ingredients:

2 tortilla
- pico de gallo
- 1/4 butter
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground pepper
Prepare:
- On a skillet, place 1/4 butter and let melt.
- Place 1 tortilla and let it toast. Add shredded cheese and let it melt.
- Add second tortilla and press down.
- Remove from heat and with a cup cutter, make a hole in the center.
- Place quesadilla back on skillet and crack an egg in the center.
- Season egg to your liking and cover so egg can cook.
- After 3-5 minutes, remove lid and serve on a plate.
- Add pico de gallo and more shredded cheese. Enjoy!
